About Guru Tegh Bahadur Institute of Technology (GTBIT)

Guru Tegh Bahadur Institute of Technology (GTBIT) was established in 1999 by the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (DSGMC). DSGMC manages a host of educational institutes and conducts numerous religious and social activities. GTBIT is a degree-level technical institute, approved by AICTE and affiliated with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi. GGSIPU was established by the government of the NCT of Delhi under the provisions of the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University Act 1998, with an amendment in 1999. GTBIT has a sprawling campus and is centrally located in Rajouri Garden, New Delhi. The institute has three spacious buildings and state-of-the-art laboratories.
