History
In the academic year 2016-17, Saraswathi Institute of Medical Sciences expanded its capacity by an additional 50 MBBS seats. Currently, the institute educates 550 MBBS students along with 120 interns.
In 2013-14, Saraswathi Institute of Medical Sciences also received permission to start its postgraduate (PG) courses, continuously expanding its services each year. Today, the institute has around 29 allowed PG seats for pre-clinical, para-clinical, and clinical departments. Saraswathi Institute of Medical Sciences students consistently achieve top ranks in university examinations. The college was honored as the ‘Best Medical College in Delhi-NCR’ by Brands Academy in March 2012.
